Best way for a HEALTHY DIET

Who doesnt wants body like these isnt it (; ?
Well,recently. After SNSD's insider has posted out their daily diet plan.
Many fellow Sones have plan to follow the diet plan.
"did you?"
Did i? of course i didnt. Big eater like me...can never stay on that kind of diet (;
Im a big eater,but i always manage to maintain what i want.
But controlling myself on trying to not eat that much of a junk food too. like snacks for example.
The diet plan of SNSD aint easy to follow at all.
Seriously.No meat.Thats not gonna work,it aint healthy (sorry for any vegetarian who might drop by my page)
Our body needs the calcium and nutrition that we need everyday.
And if any of you here have tried doing going for the snsd meal plan diet and it isnt working.
This isnt the end of the day.
^^ there are much more better ways to go on for a diet while maintaining a healthy body.
I myself loves to eat. and for me to go on a diet.
yeah,2 or 3 days.
And is back to normal.
Because i know most of you think "I'll just skip my meals today and just have my dinner"
YOU'RE WRONG!
This could only lead you to gastric and also making you end up eating even more portion then what you normal have when you are not a diet.
It makes you even more hungry and makes you craves for more snacks too.
BEEN THERE,DONE THAT.
Not only it is destroying your proper diet,blew your dreams of having nice body..it only leads to pain and gain (gain as in gaining weight)

So,i have a way to share with everyone here. which its my own (btw) its~
Easy-Fun-Enjoyable-Healthy
the best part wasnt there,the best part that is FREE!
No need any money involve or pain...just time that is all is needed.
(this is more of a k-pop fan)
Start it by dancing to the song each and everyday for few hours.
(doesnt have to everyday,maybe 5 times a week i suggest. An hour can be good enough)

This are the few songs that i have it daily on my list and yes,still adding.
You can start up with a few songs
For Sones,you should dance to all the songs that snsd sing and dance to.
You'll enjoy it <3>
If you are a dancer you can always turn to other dancing songs.
That can make you all hype and feeling like dancing to its rhythm.
Then go for it. (same goes for me)
Now during the dance workout session.
You must provide yourself with a 1.5ml mineral bottle of water by your side.
Energy drink can be considered.
but if you drink 5 bottles of 1.5ml water everyday. It can helps out even more on your diet plan
yes,which means more visiting to the toilet XD
dont just slouch into the couch when you have a free time and watch tv.
this are some of the basic diet you can do and give it a try.

Try to take much of junk food,fast food or snacks.
im not asking you to STAY AWAY from it or running 100KM away when you see those.
You can have it,like chocolate,go for dark chocolates they do help in your diet (fight cancer too)
you can have all these but then make sure to control yourself by just having a small portion of it only.

Lets stay healthy with a healthy body :)
I hope my idea of plan can help yours... as im just giving out what my diet plans are.
(im a big eater too at times)
And i really really really really REALLY hope you guys can tell me your result.
or even better,share yours with me :)
